    at Promotion Examinations
    Though parents and spouses are welcome to take still photographs during parts of each promotion examination, no videotaping is permitted. While we understand how much some families would like to record these important events for the future, this policy is an important part of the instructional process. All martial arts students have particular weaknesses and make mistakes during examinations. In fact, facing these challenges often is part of the examination. So, it is important that these events not be replayed for the students in public — even unintentionally. We hope you understand the reason for our policy.
